- Payment processors — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other licensed Philippine payment service providers, to the extent necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals;

08 International Data Transfers
Some of the service providers used by 999abb — such as cloud infrastructure providers, game studios, and technical support vendors — may process data outside the Republic of the Philippines. 09 Data Retention
999abb retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Specific retention periods include:
- Account data and KYC records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under anti-money laundering legislation;
- Transaction and financial records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLC requirements;
- Gaming activity logs — retained for a minimum of two (2) years following account closure, for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes;
- Customer support records — retained for two (2) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction;
- Marketing consent records — retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent or account closure.
When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Company's data destruction procedures.
10 Security Measures
