01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and 999abb ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 999abb.cam ("the Platform"). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its provisions, and that you agree to be legally bound by all terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 999abb platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

The 999abb platform is operated under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the regulatory body established under Presidential Decree No. 1869 of the Republic of the Philippines. All gaming activity on the Platform is conducted in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming features on the 999abb Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by Philippine law governing gaming activities. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. 999abb reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 999abb Platform is licensed to operate within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines and is intended for use by individuals physically located within Philippine territory. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register for a 999abb account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, a valid email address, and an active Philippine mobile number. You must also create a unique username and a password meeting the Platform's security requirements.

The following persons are ineligible to register for or hold a 999abb account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 999abb or any affiliated entity;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from 999abb or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Individuals who are unable to enter into legally binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Individuals accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

03 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 999abb account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 999abb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances, and void any associated bonuses or winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999abb login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 999abb customer support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 999abb is legally required to verify the identity of all players requesting withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable forms of ID include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or other PAGCOR-accepted identification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999abb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits to your 999abb wallet are final and non-refundable once credited to your account. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 999abb account originate from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. The Company reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation before approving payment. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking hours.

4.4 Currency and Fees

999abb does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash or PayMaya deposits and withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by banks or payment processors are outside the Company's control and are the player's responsibility. The Company will always disclose any applicable platform-side fee prior to transaction completion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

999abb offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms include:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are valid for the stated period only. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or account.

06 Gaming Rules & Player Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 999abb platform use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run theoretical values and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999abb Platform:

• Cheating, collusion, or the use of any software, device, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or glitch — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Accessing the Platform through automated scripts, bots, or any non-human mechanism;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed toward 999abb staff or other players in any platform communication channel.

6.3 Bet Cancellation and Void Events

999abb reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or void any bet placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds, or any event beyond the Company's reasonable control. In such cases, the applicable stake will be returned to the player's account. The Company's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

07 Responsible Gaming

999abb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its operations. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when session duration reaches a defined limit;
• Reality Checks — Periodic in-session notifications displaying time played and net position;
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all 999abb gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999abb platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, user interface design, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 999abb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 999abb Platform without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorised use of any 999abb intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent available under Philippine law.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

999abb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering for a 999abb account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 999abb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and the Company makes no warranty that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.

The Company's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their 999abb account shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

999abb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure, any funds held in the player's wallet — net of applicable bonus forfeitures and any amounts subject to pending investigation — will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to KYC completion.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of your 999abb account, you must contact 999abb customer support in the first instance via the live chat function within your account. The Company will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the Company's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. The decision of PAGCOR in any escalated dispute is final and binding on both parties. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

999abb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 999abb.cam/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
